Baby Tuggy is getting better at cruising and even taking a couple of steps at a time. My big little stands pretty steady for several minutes as he gets stronger and stronger every day. He dances now, and bounces all over the place to whatever music is playing on the tv/computer. He knows to clap his hands, and understands that “bravo, bravo, bravo” means to clap. He is working on learning to high-five, but he doesn’t have that down yet. He can shake his finger like mama and papa do, when we say no, no, no. Clearly he is able to understand more and more of what people are saying around him. He is starting to say a few things of his own also. He says mamamama, and papapapa, and babababa. He waves bye bye (when he wants to) and likes to imitate his papa.
So… I had a big cup of Tamarindo one morning. I sat it on the side table next to the couch and started to fall asleep while the boy watched tv. Larry wakes me up only to see the boy had grabbed my 1/4 full cup of Tamarindo and sat down to see how much he could get away with drinking before he was caught.
Here he is drinking away.
When mommy asks what exactly this boy thinks he is doing… he gives his sad face.
So… I had been seeing a lot of valentine’s day photo cards all over the place… so of course I had to get some of my own to send to the family. Who wouldn’t love to get a picture of my big little in the mail?
Jovanna made this robot one.
I made this owl one.
Aren’t they both super bueno? I am really happy with the way they both came out. I love it!
We went to dinner to Cafe Tu Tu Tango and Tuggy fell in love with the belly dancer… It was so cute to see, I had to take pictures on my phone (sorry, came out kinda grainy).
He was quite the audience member, because he caught the belly dancers attention right away.
She danced around him, with a big smile and he was just hooked. He had a great time with the music and the pretty girl dancing.
He had a really good time. 🙂
